Initially, I felt like the triple cuff was a bit too small for my wrist. After wrapping it around my wrist, I could barely fit the first hole and it was quite tight. So I spent a little time gently massaging and stretching the cuff - by gently pulling it with both hands in opposite directions - and I could feel it ease and slightly stretch/lengthen. Fit has improved greatly and it feels like it has eased and softened nicely. If it initially feels too tight, try massaging and gently stretching to soften and lengthen the strap.

My wrist is pretty normal sized, but I think it might be too small for someone with larger wrists. But it fits great for me and was exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable and easy to wear.
